Our Chilli Hot Chocolate is really popular: not so hot that it blows the ****** doors off, but hot enough that you can feel it. DELISH. We use Serrano-level Chilli peppers to make the Chilli Sugar, but if you want something a little bit hotter, then you can email us direct – we’ve made Scotch Bonnet and Habanero Hot Chocolate for dedicated Chilli Heads before now…

Our Naturally Flavoured Hot Chocolates are made out of Naturally Flavoured and Coloured, hand-made sugars from The Sugar Tree. And High Quality Belgian Chocolate. That’s it. Nothing else. Whatever one you choose, you can be sure that you’re only getting the good stuff! Raw cane sugar, the highest quality fruits, herbs and spices, and delicious Belgian Chocolate. No Colourings, no Flavourings.

We make our sugars and icing sugars by hand, from raw cane sugar, chillies and nothing else. And then we combine them with the highest quality Belgian Dark Chocolate to make naturally flavoured hot chocolates. The results are fantastic: delicious, dark chocolate followed with a (reasonably) gentle kick coming about a millisecond after you think ‘Well, that’s not hot at a…’.
